I am looking for information and help!

My son was lucky enough this year to draw one of only six La Panza Bull tags for Tule Elk for the 1999 period one hunting season.

Wanting to give him a quality hunt, I am trying to find anyone who might have hunted or have information on Tule Elk in the Central Coast region (San Luis Obispo/Los Padres National Forest) of California.

Knowing that specific information is sensitive, please post your non-sensitive answer back here so that I may be able to furhter communicate with you via e-mail.

Thank you in advance.
