Terry,
I have an old Herter's U-9...it's a great rifle. As other folks have said, there's absolutely nothing wrong w/the 6mm Rem, especially for what you want to do. It wouldn't take much of an investment to get started reloading for it, either. You probably won't save any money, but you'll do more shooting. Mike |
