weatherby help?

Anybody out there have any experience with the weatherby PA-08? I have a variety of rifles and shotguns just wanna add another if you will. I handled one of the wood furniture modles and felt like a nice firearm. Wood looked exceptional for the price. I would use it mainly for skeet on the weekends certainly not a work horse. Also if anyone knows about what type of choke system it has that would help too considering it comes with only a mod. Why is this gun never suggested for a first shot gun? Thanks in advance for any help!
