What's a fair price....

.... for a ROA with adjustable sights and a badly worn finish but in good working order? Have no idea the year of mfr. Thanks

Probably $200. Mine is in about the same shape. You might get $250. Its certainly not worth $400+ that some bring.

An ROA in good working order should be worth at least $250.
Somewhere between $250 - $300 wouldn't be asking for or paying too much.
If it only has worn bluing then that can be redone. But if there's any pitting then that could be a deduction.
The final price could depend on whether there's anything else wrong with it and if there's any room for haggling.
