45 Colt is a good hunting round

I have seen many load combos for the 45 colt that would be more than adequate for deer, bear and hog hunting. Its been around for quite some time, but still a good round. I have found mine to be VERY accurate, I have it in a T/C Contender 45 Colt/.410 combo. Up until this last fall, I had never shot the 45 Colts out of this gun. Needless to say it was amazingly accurate and without the punishment the Casull give me, I may just take a deer with it next year.
