NOE 326407

Cast some today from my NOE 326407 that I just got this week. It casts a nice 190gr Loverin for my 8mm. These are dropping at .327, which is really handy because my mauser slugs at .3265
I had been hunting for an 8mm mold that dropped at more than the usual .323
Now to powdercoat them tomorrow.

I also cast about 12# of these beauties from a Lyman 358627 mold. I really like this bullet and think it's going to move to the front as my pig bullet of choice. (at least until the NOE group buy on the HP version comes through)
.360 and 218 grains as cast.

This is the time of year I wished I lived in Alabama.
Too cold here for outside fun.

That Lyman is just borderline obscene, I would hate to touch that off in my GP-100, but in your Whelen it ought to rock...

The NOE Group Buy for this one in HP has closed, we're just waiting on tooling now. It will really be the Pig Buster when it gets a HP!

The new NOE just arrived in this morning's mail!

It makes a beautiful big ol' HP!

Well, that's pie pan full of destruction! That's a lot more hogs and deer than I'll ever shoot, but most of them are destined for milk jugs and paper squares.

I figured you would have them powder coated and in your display case by now. :-)

Oh, well they are.... now. The wife wanted catfish for dinner so I had to stop and crank up the Fry Daddy instead of the toaster oven for a bit.
