Back when I was a kid, Dad bought one from Montgomery Wards. Don't know who made it, but wouldn't mind finding one just as a keepsake.

It was made by Classic Arms. They used to sell them assembled but they're just kits now. I think Dixie sells them but they're way overpriced. I paid around 40 bucks for mine back in the 70's. BTW it doesn't take .36 caliber pistol balls, it requires a .350 patched ball and they are smooth bored.
