Burris customer support?

I just purchased a Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14x42 and it came with the free spotting scope. Not to long after I had it out, I noticed the objective lens had some oil on it. I can say 100% for sure that is was not from my hand/finger. I opened the cloth that came with the spotting scope and tried to wipe it off. Apparently that cloth wasn't meant for cleaning lenses. Wow, smeared that all over the place. I might be wrong, but it looks like it might have scratched it also.

Does anyone have any experience with Burris on this type of issue? I certainly don't want to say the wrong thing and then them void my warranty.

Thanks for your help.

Just so you guys know, I remembered I had a high quality cleaning cloth that I purchased to clean my big screen tv. Tried that and it looks great again. I was mainly concerned with it having been scratched, but I don't see any scratches.

Problem solved
