my big issue with the cappers i have was a cap sticking in the capper and not the nipple.well i am just back from the range and the resized caps feed 100% with either capper and zero caps jamming up the works. so now i have one capper for cci and one for rem's. i see that the snail capper will work with the roa without mods, so i will have to order one of them to try.

What don't I see ???
Excuse me if I am not fully understanding your technique but if you "press and swipe" your capper has to release the cap. .....
Be Safe !!!

Embarrassing! No, I had not tried press and swipe but I can see it makes perfect sense.

An alternate technique with the capper; press the cap onto the nipple (do not lift up) and rock the capper forward. Not back and forth just rock it forward to release the cap while maintaining pressure keeping the cap on the nipple.
I've gotten pretty quick capping in the manner myself. Once again personal choice not a slam on others' techniques. |
