rec'd from JPFO 30 March, Talkin to America with Len Savage on the BATFE
http://www.jpfo.org/filegen-n-z/talkamerica.htm -
The above link will take those interested to an audio of the interview, runs about 30 minutes. There is a transcript available, which one could read at their leisure, I listened to the audio. It was to say the least, an interesting commentary on the antics of the BATFE, which some here might be acquainted with. Listen or read and judge for yourselves. The Olafson case mentioned in the interview, Olafson's appeal of his conviction has been heard, the appeals court has yet to rule. Olafson resides in jail, while his case goes through the appeal process. Seems that I have heard of criminal cases where the person convicted was out on bail, pending appeals, not so here, one wonders as to why. |

And not mere money or human life? because the convicted individual is not wealthy/famous/has influential friends? at least it looks that way to me. -------------------- I wonder sir, which of us is more cynical, suspicious and or less trustful of government, you or I? |

got a coin? --------------------- Touche!! Matter of fact, I have several, actually an old tin can partially filled with pennies, nickles and dimes. Actually, your question is dryly put, which I appreciate. |
