Sierra 250 gr. fpj in 44 spcl.

I'm loading Sierra 250 gr FPJ Tornaments for a new Ruger Bisley flattop. I've got a batch loaded with IMR 4227 but I also have Unique, 296, #7, Blue Dot, HS-6, Herco and Power Pistol on hand. Anybody have a nice load for one of these powders with the Sierras?

I'd like to develop a +p load with the 296 but I'm not sure about a starting load. There is a lot of info about 250 gr. Keith style lead bullets (in the +p range of pressures) but not that much for the jacketed Sierra. Sierra's pick is the IMR 4227.

Also of interest is Sierra's data for 296 and H 110, it's not the same. In their section for 44 mag, they list different measures for given velocities.
