Spectre M4 - here it's an SMG; I was told in the States it would count as an SBR.

yes Swiss shooter ...here in the states if it was in its orginal configuration (size wise) and semi auto only , it would be a SBR.....at one time they sold the spectre here as a semi auto carbine with a 16 inch barrel, and im wanting to say that it was also availible without a provision for a buttstock/original short barrel/semi auto only, and called a pistol.
