Multi-tasking
While doing other things on the workbench (messing w/ computer [multitasking]) I was separating the brands of freshly tumbled ammo, while also messing with the dirty ammo. Before you knew it, I wasn't sure what was what.
Reminded me again, don't multi-task with ammo (even if completely spent), and turn off the christmas music. |

Yup. Admittedly I will prime a few hundred cases while watching TV, but that is pretty much an automatic thing. Never try to multitask when actually reloading or working with powders.

NO DISTRACTIONS!
I don't have even a radio in my shop; I stop working if conversing; I pay attention to what I'm doing AND IF I CAN'T I STOP; I smoke around explosives LOL; I wear safety glasses if I touch ANYTHING other than reading material; I PAY ATTENTION to what I'm doing AND IF I CAN'T I STOP (needed repeating).
These things I learned from experience; they are not mandatory but think them over............because there is zero room for error with some of this stuff. Agree?

Don't pour powder in rum & coke when trying to set the powder measure. I hear it don't taste good......
