How much to drill and tap an AK trunnion?

I just picked up a Draco and I want to go the SBR route. I'm filling out the paperwork tonight and it'll be up to the head LEO tomorrow. I don't have any of the equipment to drill and tap the trunnion for the ACE stock I'm looking to put on.

Question is---how much would be a reasonable amount for someone to charge for that?

p.s. If anyone knows of a good person/company that does this in the Columbia SC area, please let me know. Thanks ya'll.

Question posted incorrectly

This question is posted in the wrong section. It should have been posted in the "smithy" section, where those with this kind of knowledge hang out. Thank you.
