What holster is this?
 I like this holster but don't know who makes it. Experts, help!

Maybe a Galco "Duel Position Phoenix"
Although the Galco looks a little better "quality" wise. The Galco also is molded; whereas the holster in the pic appears do be a "universal" type. http://www.usgalco.com/ViewLargePic....ductSKU=PHX212
