Dewey Cleaning Rods

I have had a Dewey Stainless Steel pistol rod for probably 15 years. The ball-bearing head on mine locked up some time ago. For some reason I looked for and found the Dewey website ( http://www.deweyrods.com/index.htm ) and e-mailed them a question about how to repair the non-rotating handle. They answered that day and asked what specific model of rod I had. I answered, and they sent to me three days later a complete handle assembly and installation instructions at no charge.

Good old fashioned customer service coupled with excellent products makes for repeat business!

Glad to hear it. Thanks for passing on the good word.
