Rcbs die question
Im have been loading with #20515-3-DIE CARB TC SET 9MMLUGER (cardide) and have broken the decapping pin(heck if I know) I have stared looking for parts and the ones you find do not have application guidelined. RCBS offers small / large/ and with heads.. Im assuming I need the small ones and being that they offer multi pack would tell me that this happens often. can you help me with the correct repalcement part number or link for the NOOB? BTW the insert that is in the die box is of no help.. Suprised?
Thanks in advance, Maxx_Ammo |

RCBS customer service has a reputation for going overboard to help you. I am willing to bet that if you call them Monday morning, they will send you a bag of the correct replacements for free.

Ask them the part #. Likely they will respond by saying we mailed you some and the part # is ... etc. |

You are correct, I can not help you, RCBS can not help you, no one on this forum can help you, you do not know if your die has a large diameter decamping rod, small diameter decamping rod, you need to know if your pins are headed. But next to the picture there is an explanation why information is absent, first recommendation, contact your dealer, next contact RCBS customer service, then the instructions give instructions on how to find RCBS phone number, I believe the instructions ‘says’ something like “turn the instructions" your reading, over”.
And I assumed you did not have the instructions, so, I took the time to provides one. F. Guffey 1 800 533 5000 Customer Service |

And, once you have RCBS on the phone ask for a catalog, then ask them for a special order catalog, good stuff.

that's what they did to me. A very nice lady hung up on me while I was trying to dispute the free price. |
