05 Optima opinion????

I have the opportunity to get a CVA Optima.
Year(2005)
Model (CVA Optima 209)
Barrel (Blued)
Stock type (Standard)
Stock finish (Synthetic)
Scope make & model (Nikon 2-7 X 32 Prostaff)
Breech plug (Standard 209 breech plug) Approximate number of times shot (30-50)
Load & bullet combination used (100 grain of Triple 7 pellets/Power Belt 245 grain Aerotip)

I havent seen it yet but am getting pictures sent within the next few days. The asking price is $200. This will be my first ML.. any opinions of this specific gun and price?

Thanks
Alex

If it was well maintained then it seems to be a reasonably good deal.
And it also includes a nice scope which upgrades the entire package.
