^^I'm that guy on youtube.

They're available only through the Blue Label program currently. According to my Glock rep they'll be available to the general public right around SHOT time.

Sure. SHOT time referrs to the SHOT Show (the biggest firearms show of the year; many new firearms are 'revealed' at the show). This year I believe it's the week of January 15th.

Ah, Gen3 or 4.... Tough call. The Gen3 has the advantage of being able to run heavier springs. The Gen4 has the larger mag release and better gripping surface (in my opinion...). If I could only have one I'd take the Gen4 because eventually the aftermarket parts suppliers will be making heavy spring kits. Both are great guns though.

I just recently bought a new Glock 20 SF I'm sure it's a Gen3. This is good for me because the long slide I bought from Lone Wolf fit's it better than the gen4 G20.

If I'm correct, only the Gen3/4 G20 comes in short frame. No?

The only ones labeled SF are Gen3s. The Gen4 G20/21 without the backstraps installed is the same size as the Gen3 SFs.
