How and where would you come up with such information, really?

Anything that even resembles a citation or proof of this?

Back when everyone and their brother was blowing up .40 caliber Glocks, they all got in line to blame Accurate #5.

For what it's good for, Titegroup is great. For light target loads in 45 Colt it's one of the best: 6.2 grains with 255 grain cast bullets yields 840 fps and good accuracy. For higher velocity loads I will use a different powder.
