New mainspring cured light primer strikes on my 98 year old Colt
When I had the .25 ACP vest pocket pistol to the range a couple of months ago, my son and I had light primer strikes on approx. 25% of the rounds we fired. I ordered a new mainspring from Numrich and that appears to have done the trick nicely, no issues today at all during today's range trip. It's shown below next to my LCP. Not a heavy hitter by any means, but I've never had a feeding issue with it.
