I'm not so sure I'll ever be able to get what I want again. The chances seem slim to me.

I would love to find a Dragonov. If not, I am thinking about an SKS.

In Canada right now there are still plenty of AR's around just no BCG's or Pmags.
I'll get a BCG for my newly purchased Noveske lower and a nice AR-10 maybe an LMT LM308MWSF or DPMS SASS. |

I'd love to spend $11,500 on a rifle, if not $350 should be fine. |

I'd like to get a Ruger SR-22. I have enough centerfire's to reload for, 4 of'em. The 22 would be fun to just blast away with.
I already have a 22/45.....its nice, but I like the look of the SR-22. |

Some #1 buckshot. I have enough 00 for any and all social occasions which might arise, but would like some of that Federal in #1 with the FliteControl wad.

The new Colt 20" AR-15A4 (M16A4 clone), I've always had a thing for the 20" rifles. Also, a Colt 6944 14.5" upper for my SBR, and some more ammo, I haven't been shooting in weeks because I can't buy any more ammo.

I don't "need" anything, but was thinking about an AR upper in 5.45 x 39.
That and more ammo of the same. |

I really don't feel any burning need for anything right now.
What I need to do is to rent a small bulldozer, extend my pond and use the spoil to build a berm. |

I would certainly like to finish my 2nd AR. I have a lower put together and waiting in the safe for when the insanity is over.

-Another 1k of 5.56 or .223. Depends on whats cheapest and most available and NOT steel cased. Well I might try out silver bear, but not for bulk.
-6.8 upper for my AR for possible hunting. Most likely bison armory. or -91/30 mosin nagant. It depends if I have enough money to invest in another long gun. Cali's long gun registration starts in 2014 and I will no longer be buying LGs when that happens.

A good quality AR15 has suddenly jumped to the very top of the list. A PSA, or maybe even a Colt. Half a dozen magazines to start, and a case or two of ammo to start.
If I end up going to the range more often, maybe a .22 or 9mm upper with a similar supply of magazines and ammo. A couple of stripped lowers. And maybe an AK. Depends on the budget after all that. |

Another vote for the Tavor. By the time the dust settles and I could actually get my hands on one, I probably will have just learned to live without it.
I would settle for a nice used Marlin 336 in .35 Rem., though. They are priced outrageously here because of a rumor Marlin discontinued them. A junker now runs $450 - quite a feat for a caliber so un-popular Marlin may have canned it. You can't tell me there aren't literally millions of those things in existence, so the price-jacking is just stupid. I've walked away from 3 so far and am adamant that sanity will one day return to the marketplace. |

Also, is the sky really falling? I ask because this isn't just a run on high-cap clips or semi-auto rifles... I can't even find a freakin' revolver, let alone any reloading components in stock. What the heck, people are snapping up EVERYTHING indiscriminately. Despite the fact this legislation will NEVER be passed by Congress. At some point, it just seems like fear-mongering is being promoted.
