I have had a WASR 10/63 for over a year now, I have 4 surplus steel mags and not one of them wobbles. I have left the furniture alone, no matter how tempting the adjustable AR style stock is, what I have is a good wasr with 1973 armory marks and have never had a single issue with over 1000 rounds through it.

Its pretty accurate I picked clay pigeons off a post at 100 yards, would be comfortable with that in the average fire fight.

Why mess with what works?
