Can I clean my 62 navy in my ultra sonic cleaner without damaging finish etc.?

Why - hot tap water will do the same thing (barrel cylinder and nipples) using patches and pipe cleaners. Wipe the frame good paying attention to all areas. I don't completely disassemble mine with every range trip. Make sure you dry it good. I use Gibbs brand lubricant to prevent rust.

I see no reason why

an ultra sonic cleaner can't be used assuming you're taking about a replica revolver. The finishes on replicas are pretty much the same as all modern gun finishes.
