Help with ID

I recently bought a bunch of shooting & reloading stuff from a women who's father had passed. There are a few things that I'm not sure what they are & was wondering if anyone could help. First thing I have no idea the seconds is a clear film that was in the Manila envelope it appears to be some thing for scoring pistol targets ? And the third is some sort of tool it has three different size Allen wrenches on it. Thanks

I THINK no 1 is a clamp to mount a spotting scope on the edge of a bench.

No 2 is indeed a scoring template. Ought to be two, one to reconstruct a chewed up scoring ring and another to locate the bullet hole.

No 3 is a combination tool for a Dan Wesson revolver.
