H&R Model 950

Hello all,

I've been searching like crazy and can't find a thing. I have a Harrington & Richardson Model 950 that is brand new and still in the box. I'm attempting to identify when it was manufactured.

I heard that the first few characters of the serial number can identify this.

Does anyone know where I can find the list that would identify the year?

I'd sure appreciate the help.

Blessings,

Brian

Brian, the H&R Model 950 was basically a nickel finished version of the Model 949 "Forty Niner". The Model 950 was made from about 1974-1986. There should be a letter prefix to the serial number that would give a clue to the year of manufacture.
