Para P12 Extractor problem
This pistol will eject a spent case right between the eyes almost 2 out of every 3 rounds fired. How would one check the tension of the extractor or would it be something else?
Thanks |

Sometimes lightly filing a different angle on the extractor grove will help.

The extractor is doing its job by extracting.
The problem you have is the angle of ejection. Work on the ejector. |

I don't quite understand that since the extractor groove is in the cartridge case, but it is more likely to be a problem of where the base of the case strkes the ejector. Some study with empty cases might help pinpoint the problem.
