Fisher v. Kealoha

I was curious if anyone was aware of this case. Some information about it was posted the other day by Eugene Volokh on his blog. This case may be significant in that it might allow challenges to the Lautenberg Amendment to begin going forward. It is important to note that Mr. Fisher's 2nd Amendment rights were curtailed many years after the resolution of the misdemeanor case upon which Hawaii authorities based their actions. According to the District Court order referenced by Volokh, Mr. Fisher was arrested on 5 November 1997. He was not ordered to relinquish firearms he owned until 1 October 2009. Any thoughts on this case from the board's attorneys?
