What are the three holes (or what look like holes) at the front of the grip and what looks like another hole above the trigger guard in picture #3? There are no such holes in a normal Colt VP.

I never noticed the three very small shallow holes next to the grips and the spot above the trigger is just a perfect tiny circle that seems to be a spot that was always there.
