Mounting a RockSolid Mount to a Mosin Nagant

Is there anyone from the Pennsylvania area that might know of a gunsmith around that is able to drill and tap the reciever to fit a rock solid scope mount on a Mosin? Since you only get one attempt at it, i dont even want to attempt it.

You can send your receiver to RockSoilid, they well drill and tap then return. They have a 07. Great mounts.
