Haven't seen it...seriously I don't think that is available. Because of the taper crimp used on semiauto ammo, I have seen very few bullets that have anything of a cannelure on them. The only ones that I know of from Winchester that had them was the early Silver Tips.

Some of the defensive ammo projectiles have a cannulure in them not for crimping, rather for quality control issues. They can see that the bullets are seated deep enough. Some cases have a cannulure in them to show that the powder level is correct. It has more to do with the optical lazer they use as a QC measure.
For cheapo Winchester projectiles I have never seen a 9mm with a cannulure. I have seen the .356 for .38 spcl/.357 mag with the cannulure in them though. I have seen a guy that uses them in 9mm cases for a Ruger Black Hawk convertable.

May I ask why you want a cannelure?
There are tools for putting a cannelure onto a bullet. They can be used on jacketed bullets and on lead bullets, but do not use them on plated bullets as you will likely cut the plating, which ultimately may lead to a bore obstruction. Lost Sheep |

Winchester did make them. I haven’t seen any in the LGSs lately. But I still have about 700 from a thousand I purchased 25 or so years ago and never used.
