Do these people ever answer their e-mail or pickup their phone or call back?

I been trying to contact them for past 3-4 weeks about getting a stock for my rifle and called about 12 times, left about 8 messages and e-mailed them 3 time but I can't contact them and they won't contact me!

I guess they don't want my business.

I won't be doing any business with them again. It took me 6 months to get a stock set from them for my Fal. The buttstock was so irregular that I ended up throwing it away- after spending a couple of nights trying to make it work. There's no way I was going to spend anther 6 months letting Dan "make it right". The handguards are pretty nice, but they are now the most expensive handguards on the planet. Oh well, live and learn.
