Ultrasonic cleaning question

Hey guys,
I stumbled into a free ultrasonic cleaner. I bought some Mpro-7 as a cleaner with a LPS-1 oil bath after. Works great on my stainless steal guns and barrels. But ive been worried to try it on my blued guns and my beretta m9a1 (aluminum fame and I think the barrel is anodized or parkerized). Does any one have any experience with this? Am I gonna ruin my finishes??
Thanks,
Fish

I have been told not to put the aluminum baffles from my Suppressor into an ultra sonic cleaner. Im not sure about an aluminium frame of a handgun. But i wouldnt risk it

Ultrasonic cleaners can cause the dye to seep out of anodized aluminum.

For the most part, hard polymers, anodized aluminum, and clean steels, are ok. This goes for blued and stainless steel. But... non-anodized aluminum or other non-ferrous metals should not be put in USGC.
