Seeing all of these tacticool revolvers makes me sad, because I am incapable of growing a beard, and therefore forever excluded from the ranks of true operators.
Can you be an operator with just a mustache?

And then there's "Maurice the FrankenRuger" - the handbuilt abomination. 14 rounds of 9mmPara with a six-shot cylinder, with gas-powered auto shell ejection and tubular magazine feeding. I invented it, I built it, I carry it, nothing else in personal arms even has the same feed cycle:

It's "Maurice" because some people call it "The Space Cowboy"...

Jim,
that is truly something from the wild, wild west!
Love your ingenuity and I know that's been a project long in the making!
That is 1900's tacticool!

Lee'nfield,
me thinks that the exhaust gases go to Jim's head and his thumb automatically cocks the hammer!

Repeal the Hughes Amendment to FOPA '86 and I'll get right on it. Until then, there's no disconnector, it would go full-auto if I got it to work. Should even stop properly if I pull my finger off the trigger, too.

I *think* 9mm+P+ ammo should have enough oomph to do it. If not I'd have to ream it deeper to 9x23Winchester or the like, which is possible but I'd lose one or two rounds mag capacity...

Oh come on now guys, if we're talking totally Operator status, it needs to be gold, like it's semi-auto counterpart, the Desert Eagle.

Wastin' away my future children's inheritance one box of ammo, range fee, and bottle of Hoppe's #9 at a time.

I thought that was mainly the point of "tacticool" instead of just merely "tactical".

While some of the services might be "tacticool", he sure does beautiful work. The finished product and its photographic representation is practically fine art. I look over it every few months when the mood takes me. If I ever win the lottery, I know one or two wheel guns that will be taking a vacation...
