Different Beretta models

What are the differences between the three main beretta models in full size 9mm? The specs are the same on the website. I think they are 92FS, M9, M9A1

Thanks, but this link does not mention the differences. I am guessing it has to do with different safeties. I think the M9 is the military version. The M9A1 is the military version for civilian sale (different from the M9 how?). Is the rail the only difference?
The 92FS must have a different safety, but what is it?
