Fl. Walmart/Gang Initiations

I wasn't sure where to post this,hope this is the right spot! I wanted to make others in FL. aware of a worrisome fact of life I'm sure is every where we just aren't as aware of it. A friend of mine who has teenage kids in school had his son advise him he over heard a group of young gang members bragging about there membership initiation tactics and the next few that came in would be expected to shoot atleast three white woman at any Walmart Sotres or there Parking lots! hearing of this happening on the news in this specific store they would know it was there new member and he would be granted full membership. Very sick in deed!The last one was to drive with your lights off at dusk and the first person to give you his light off and on to let you know your lights were off,the new member was to do a U turn and then shoot the person. So for all of us out here that try to be nice.If you are,be prepared is all I can say! Especially of younger kids!

This is an OLD HOAX, that turns up every once in a while.

At first it seemed to me you were trying to propagate this hoax though with the claim of personal connection... but then kids do believe dumb things and spread this stuff, so I can see where your friend could hear about this in mistaken context.
