Are there any safe Eastern PA ranges without restrictions...

On things like mag size and rate of fire? So far of the two I've been to, on allows any size mag but only 1 round every 2 seconds, and the other which allows rapid fire, but only 3 in the gun, does not seem nearly as safe or regulated, ie Bubba and Co can show up and send rounds all over the hillside (litteraly 'minute of baseball diamond' 3 shot groups) with their combloc rifles and no one cares.

Are there any ranges near Philly that are
a) safe
and b) ok with me burning off ammo as quickly as I want as long as I don't violate a?
how about any with targets further than 100 yds?

YOu need to join a gun club.

YOu really need to hang out with me sometime. I know all the ranges this side of the Delaware river.

My range is pretty good. I actually joined it because I was sick and tired of the state run 3rd limitations. I saw a guy get a $95 fine for putting 4rds in his gun.
