info on using .458 with sabots >>

in a .50
i have mic'd the 250gr shock waves @ .453
and the 300gr rem sjhp @ .458

just checking to see what you more seasoned bp shooters
would recommend..... before i try!!

also i see where they are sabots available in different sizes
for different bullets.

i guess what i'm say'n is, what sabot do i need to shoot the
.458 rem 300gr bullets in my .50??

can this be done safely with 100gr pyrodex ?

please tell me if i'm jus out thar on a limb!!!!!!!
and waist'n my time.

just recieved 500 rems on backorder from midway
for my uberti and sharps 45/70.

any help would be appreciated.

MMP makes .458/.50 sabots - the HHP Orange.
