IMR 8208 in 223/5.56

Has anyone expirenced this powder in 223 or 5.56 using AR type weapons. It is a lottle smaller grain than H4895 and I have always achieved better accuracy with log type powders vs ball powders. However, ARs can be finicky with the wrong powder stopping up gas ports/tubes. It appears to be supper accurate in my VMATCH weapon but I don't shoot a lot of it through the VMATCH to determine if it clogs up. It also meters well via REDDING.
