I just called RCBS Service. I broke the handle off my RCBS Lubri-Sizer last night. The damned thing can't be less than 22 years old, and I don't know how many thousand pounds of lin-o-type bullets I have cycled through it.
Anyway, they're sending me a new handle. NO CHARGE! I guess that's what "Lifetime Warranty" means. Yr. Obt. Svnt.

Fred when RCBS says life time thats what they mean . I broke the plastic hopper on my RCBS Uniflow powder measure a few months back. Damn thing was "only" 37 years old. They don't make them exactly the same way anymore so Mr. Jay Postman with RCBS had one machined to size, and I had it in my mail in 5 days.................no charge.

RCBS customer service is tops. Many times they have replaced things I broke, or which simply wore out, for free.

2 Sets of Huntington Ventage Dies
I had 2 sets of RCBS dies that were bought in the 70's. The problem was, that I wanted to use them on their add-on progressive. The dies SIZED on the first die. Deprimed and flared on the second die and, seated on the third die. They were not made to work on a progressive.
I sent them to the RCBS factory and had 2 NEW die sets in 2 weeks. Good service! |
