Smith 52 is FUN!

I just shot my best centerfire Rapid Fire bullseye target ever with my new 52-2. What a kick!

dam fine shooting for a new pistol

Just shows you how fine and instrument that model 52 is. I've always thought my 52-2 was capable of outperforming me.

Just wait till you get good with it

What are you loading in the WC round?

Yep, the 10 o Clock 9 looks like it could go with a plug.

Is this a new production 52?

52

I had a model 52 a while back it was a great shooter. I sold it when I got a Colt National Match in .38 spec. from my dad. Now that is one great shooting pistol. If you can hold it it will shoot 1 hole. It likes the bullet seated out of the case 1/16 of an inch with 2.7 grains of bullseye powder behind it. If only there was a place to shoot a 2700 course around south Mississippi.

Last I heard S&W has stopped production on the 52. I have 2 and will leave them to my grandkids.

They are a real refined automatic. I love my 52-2.
