Tripod

I have a Vortex Viper HD 20-60x80 Spotting Scope and am looking for a good tripod...mine's a bit flimsy. Any recommendations...I'm looking for something that minimizes movement when deployed. Weight isn't an issue is I won't be backpacking with it.

Home Depot

Check out your local Home Depot or go on line and search.
Now then, you can get a camera type but I think you might like one, on the heavy end. ...

Be Safe !!!

Excellent suggestion by Pahoo, transit tripods are very steady, heavy duty, and are made for rough terrain.

Good suggestion...never thought about those. I've been looking at opticsplanet and camera websites.
