H, I have to ask - what's the story behind your offer?

Gizmo, I got this Kahles scope in an auction. It has permanently attached claw mounts. Inside the lid of the leather case it came in is written: 4x60 Kahles, 375 H&H, zero @ 100 yds, Sako #105202. On the chamos it is wrapped in is printed: COL R O SPRINGER "SIMBA". The man that sold it said that it "came out of his fathers scope collection". Apparantly he had the scope but not the rifle. Thought it would be nice if they could be reunited, but I know the chance of that is 1 in 1,000,000,000!! Hugh
