Remington 870 pistol grip stock with weaver rail?
I remember seeing someone selling Remington 870 stocks with weaver rails buildt into the stock. Does anyone know who makes them, and where to get them from?
I'm thinking of using a red-dot sight with my wingmaster using a rifle-sighted slug-barrel, if anyone wonders why I would want rails on a shotgun. Edit: After reading about the Knox comstock below, I decided that it would probably be a much better idea since I'm primarly thinking of using it with slugs, and those #¤%&! hurt like hell. So, what I want to know now, is whether or not anyone knows any easy-to-install rail-kits for a Remington 870 Wingmaster. Last edited by ch_omega; October 18, 2005 at 09:07 PM. |

Mesa tactical makes AR style stocks with pistol grips for 870s. They are made from aircraft aluminum. They make two models, high tube and low tube. High tube comes with weaver rail. I've seen their shell holders in person, very good quality. www.mesatactical.com

ch_omega, I recently built a 870 tactical that I have been shooting slugs with. On my shotty I have a SpecOps stock and a red dot holo/reflex sight. Check out this thread: http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/...d.php?t=183913
Good Luck, cdc |
