Just got the Shield back today. They replaced the barrel under warranty and the feed ramp looks perfect on this one. Kudos to S&W for making it right, I dealt with them once before and their customer service always seems to be top notch. Turnaround was a month, and as I mentioned before I sold my other carry guns to help fund an AR build, so if this experience has taught me anything it's to always have a spare around. I have been lugging my Beretta M9A1 around this past month and it has been a PIA to say the least.
