Millett 100 - missing parts

Hi folks, hope someone can point me in the right direction...

I recently bought a shooter 586 with the silhouette front sight. It has a Millet 100 rear sight.
This gun groups nicely - but all @5" to the right of the POA. I couldn't make an adjustment to windage that made it change!
So, I pulled the sight down and it's missing the circlip that holds the windage screw in place (can probably find a replacement easily enough) and both m-springs.
Millett say they have no parts for their iron sights any longer.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Evan

The circlips are available from any auto parts store or well stocked hardware store.

Millett 100 parts

thanks Fleet, the circlips are sorted... The m-springs are more difficult. Does anyone know if they really affect accuracy? Can I do without them?

Mine do OK without the M springs.

Does anyone know where I can get a windage screw??

I broke the end where the clip goes off of one.
