Rossi grip interchangeability
I have a Rossi 971, and for a low-end revolver, I love the way it shoots. The only thing left I would really like to do, is add some nice wooden grips, and not those cheap checkered wood that comes on some revolvers of the same model.
Since Rossi is basically Taurus, and Taurus is a S&W copy ( I know this is not exactly true...) But I am wondering if any S&W or Taurus grips will also fit my Rossi? The placement of some model grip screw seem to be identical, but I wanted to ask before I plunk down $40 or $50 bucks for grips that are close, but not a fit. |
