Parts help Mod 1

I need to replace the entire bolt assembly for a Sears 22 cal Model 1 rifle produced by Winchester up to 1973. Can anyone tell me where to get parts? Thanks.

Cross-referencing it shows your rifle to be the same as a Winchester Model 121. Numrich has a parts list and a schematic for it here. However, the bolt assembly is not offered complete, but parts are offered. You may need a donor rifle if they do not have the right parts. Or call John Taylor at taylor Machine.

I didn't check the web site, but the Numrich catalog shows the complete bolt at $79 plus s&h. Building one from parts would cost much more, of course.

Depending on the condition of the rifle, it might not be cost effective to replace the bolt when it could, all things considered, be less trouble to buy a a working rifle, or a comparable rifle.

The web site says the bolt assembly at $76.60 is sold out.
