Winchester WSF for 45 SCP

I am a newbie to the forum and I am looking for some help.

I have been reloading for rifles for over 20 years and just started to reload for pistol. I have Ruger 345 that I am shooting 230gr FMJ tips reloaded with 4.8 gr of Green Dot. The Green Dot is stuff that I have had for years left over from when I was shooting skeet. I get good velocity (759fps) with this powder, but man is it dirty.

My buddies all use Win 231 in there 45 ACP rounds, but I can't find any in stock anywhere. I was hoping that you all could tell me how Win WSF is to use in the 45 ACP.

Thanks

Jim
