New Shotgun

Ruger Red Label 12 ga.

Some guys love them. Others hate them. Guess which camp I'm in?

From old stock. Brand new.

Nice looking shotgun. I've had a couple SxS guns with a straight grip and now enjoy a pump so equipped. Let me know how you shoot with this one.

Thanks....

I got hooked on straight stocks with my leverguns. I can't put my finger on it, but they just seem "right" to me.

Yup on leverguns. Got a 94 here that handles well.

All the shotguns I've owned with straight grips were better than average shooters. The little 20 gauge 870 here is a joy on close and fast shot opps.

For high volume shooting, I still like a curved grip, but bird shooting rarely gets into those numbers.
